Edge Squaring Machine is used for finishing of hard/ Perfect Bound Book, Center stitched Magazines, Booklets, Exercise Note Books, Dictionaries Diaries & Exercise Note Books etc.
The book/exercise Notebook is hydraulically pressed by pressure plates to clamp the book/exercise Notebook, spine is pressed by hydraulic pressure (adjustable to suit paper used) which is controlled (by PLC Programmable Logic Control) that can be set to desired results.
In the clamped position of the Book/exercise Notebook,the spine is pressed hydraulically to form the desired shape of the spine.The Gap setting between the clamp plates to the squaring plate enables different spine thicknesses to be processed with great perfection
